I'm loving this extra time to blog and blogstalk. I've also been finishing up the word work freebie I posted about a while ago. Between those things, I'm sneezing and coughing and hoping this cold goes away soon. It started when I was leaving school Thursday afternoon and hasn't gone away yet. Tomorrow Mrs. Heath might be running a little slower than usual. I'll be glad to have library time in the afternoon for a little break.
But on to other things. Kimberly at Funky First Grade Fun is having a What Do You Love? linky party. Just in time for Valentine's Day- what a great idea! That will certainly be a theme in Room 7 this week.
Here's my list. I can't wait to read yours.
Also, here's that Word Work Freebie. I started it and promised more. It was harder than I thought it would be to think of rhyming words the kids could draw pictures of. These are for long E, A, I, and O words. Just click on the picture to download. There is another long A page on my first Write, Read, Draw post that you can grab too. Hope it's useful for you.
Have a wonderful week!
Chrissy

He's actually cooking dinner tonight. I probably do more just because he gets home later, but he's better at it than I am. Thanks for the sweet comment.

Love the freebie- thanks for sharing. I think I will use it for an independent literacy station.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you linked up! I love to cook things my husband makes too...cause I surely can't make anything worth eating. Ha!
